Statutory Approvals

Project-Stage Clearances (Start-up Projects). Preparation of applications and layout drawings, coordination of inspections and follow-up until final approval for: town planning and local building permits, Fire Department NOC, factory plan approval, site appraisal and on-site emergency plan approval, water and air pollution consents from the state pollution board plus environmental clearance where needed, public health NOC, trade licence, and registrations and licences for construction workers, contract labour and interstate migrant workers.

Pre-Operation Clearances. Documents, drawings and technical guidance for: factory registration and licensing, Fire Department licence, water and air pollution consents to operate, hazardous waste authorisation if applicable, trade licence, on-site emergency plan approval, boiler use certificate, contract labour and interstate migrant worker registration and licensing, and legal metrology licence for weights and measures dealers and repairers.
