Safety Audit. Assessment of your health and safety systems, procedures and policies aligned with IS 14489:2018, with planned audits to client needs such as OISD standards for hazardous industries, plus chemical and electrical safety audits. Reports help management find gaps and update plant safety procedures.
On-Site Emergency Plan (OSEP). Plan to handle emergencies inside a plant or project site, including those caused by third parties or natural calamities, prepared after site assessment and interviews with key personnel. Includes training for Emergency Controllers and ERT members and scenario-based mock drills. An on-site emergency plan is a statutory requirement under Section 41B(4) of the Factories Act, 1948.
Ergonomic Study. Evaluation of work environments using assessment tools to identify ergonomic risks, with improvement recommendations tailored to your organisation.
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Control System Implementation. Assessment of LOTO procedures against industry standards, identification of hazards and recommended improvements, with supply of LOTO kits that meet standards.
Certification of Lifting Equipment and Dangerous Machines. Inspection by approved competent persons of lifting equipment, conveyors, power presses, thermic fluid heaters and dryers/ovens under the Factories Act, with certificates issued, and load testing of lifting equipment to applicable standards.
Industrial Hygiene Audit / Workplace Safety Assessment. Identification and mitigation of occupational health hazards covering air quality, noise, chemical exposure and ergonomic conditions, against regulations and best practices.
